Order Status
We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as it is ordered. If you have not received your product in the allowed time, simply e-mail us at service@jerseysintherafters.com and we'll check on your order.

 

Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped, a refund will be issued in the same method payment was made. A handling fee will be assessed.

If your order was shipped, you may return the unopened VHS/DVD within 14 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping and handling fees.

Opened VHS/DVD copies are exchangeable for the same product within 14 days of receipt. Just send the item to the return address with your name, address, phone number and a note enclosed to explain your replacement request. You may also send an e-mail to service@jerseysintherafters.com so we can be on the lookout for your package. A replacement will be shipped upon receipt of your item.

 

Other
There will be a $20 bad check fee assessed for checks returned as uncollectable.
