Order Status
We do our best to make sure each item is shipped exactly as ordered. If you have not received your product in 5-7 days, e-mail us at service@jerseysintherafters.com and we'll check on your order.

Cancellation
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If your order has not been shipped, a refund will be issued to the same method of payment. A modest handling fee will be assessed.

If your order was shipped, you may return the unopened DVD within 14 days of receipt for a refund, less shipping and handling fees.

Opened copies are exchangeable for the same product within 14 days of receipt. Just send the item to the return address with your name, address, phone number and a note enclosed to explain your replacement request. You may also send an e-mail to service@jerseysintherafters.com so we can be on the lookout for your package. A replacement will be shipped upon receipt of your item.

Processing, Shipping, and Delivery
All processing and delivery times are based on business days. This excludes weekends and holidays. If we are out of stock on an item, you will be notified via the e-mail address provided with your on-line order.

We offer three methods for shipping.
Standard Shipping. Most orders in the 48 states are received by our customers with in 6 business days via standard delivery.

Priority Mail. While delivery time cannot be guaranteed, Priority mail usually delivers in 2-3 days.

Overnight Express Mail. Next day guaranteed to most Zip Codes. Some rural areas take an extra day. To order an item using Overnight Express Mail delivery you must place your order during our normal business days of Monday through Friday before 12PM (Noon) EST/EDT in order for us to process and deliver your item to the US Post Office for shipment before 4PM.

Other
There will be a $25 bad check fee assessed for checks returned as uncollectable.
